Aisha Jamila Hinds, an American actor who is most well known for her roles on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has proven her ability in the role of actress with amazing performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was in 2005 due to her role as Anna which was featured as part of Assault on Precinct 13 The film was primarily for her portrayal of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer from the documentary film All the Way, which gave her the respect she deserved as an actress. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The series was renewed for a third series with 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters that will release in the middle of 2019. Bachchan played featured in Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This ballet and musical adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan was able to bring both her glam power and her beauty to her most acclaimed English film. Following the release of Provoked: A True Story in English, she returned to Bollywood and appeared in the blockbuster Dhoom: 2 (2007). She got married Abhishek Bachchan, who is a co-star and daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage has brought two of India's most powerful people to one another.
